Fifteens are by FAR my favourite traybake. They always remind me of home (Northern Ireland) and they’re super easy to make!
15 digestive biscuits
15 glazed cherries
15 pink & white marshmallows
150ml sweetened condensed milk
Shredded coconut for rolling
Crush biscuits by putting them in a resealable sandwich bag or blitz in a blender then transfer to a large mixing bowl.
Quarter cherries & marshmallows and add to the crushed biscuits.
Measure 150ml of condensed milk and add to the mixture.
Use (clean) hands to combine the mixture and make it into a log shape.
Take a piece of tinfoil, sprinkle the middle part with shredded coconut and place the log on the coconut, roll the log until it is covered in coconut and then wrap in tinfoil before placing in the fridge to harden.
Takes a few hours to harden but for best results leave overnight.
